Is a Yumbox Latch covered under warranty?

If your Yumbox was purchased within the last 12 months and used appropriately, we’ll send you out a replacement Yumbox Latch for free. Fill out our returns and faults form (with photos and proof of purchase) to get started. Easy.

What if I don’t know what latch I need? 

If you’re unsure what product you own, we’ve got you. Simply measure the latch space on your product below, then refer to the below measurements.

  • Yumbox Panino: 5.4cm
  • Yumbox Tapas: 6.5cm

What if I order the wrong size? 

We don’t accept returns if you order the incorrect Yumbox Latch. The good news? It’s easy to find the right fit. Simply select your product type and colour (and if you’re unsure, refer to the dimensions above). 

My latch measurements are different to the ones listed above. What now? 

If you can’t find your measurements listed, fill out our returns and faults form (along with photos of your Yumbox) and we’ll be happy to assist.

Returns

We don’t accept returns if you order the incorrect Yumbox Latch. The good news? It’s easy to find the right fit. Simply select your product type and colour (and if you’re unsure, refer to the dimensions above). For more information on returns, visit our support page. 

Shipping

We ship our Yumbox Latches from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via letter post with Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore. In peak periods, please allow 4 weeks for your latch to arrive within Australia.

Good replacement latch for the yumbox that I can order without having to replace the whole box! The latch was a little fiddly to make the met side come out, even with the tool it came with, my husband needed bigger force and grease to get it working. Once it worked it was fantastic.
