    Shipping

    We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.

    So young Ice back

    It is difficult to fit the ice pack back into the cover once it is frozen. The cover is very fitted with no stretch. I also don’t believe the ice pack will stay cold all day. The quality is good.
