How do I wash my SoYoung Products?

SoYoung products are completely machine washable (gentle cycle) and will dry when hung overnight. Remember to remove the easy clean insert and zip the product closed before machine washing. For everyday care, simply wipe down the interior lining.

Linen is a resilient, durable, natural resource, which makes it a perfect match for wild playground adventures. The fact that it looks stunning is a bonus.

Are there replacement parts for my Soyoung Insulated Lunch Box?

Yep. You can replace the insulated internal

Returns

We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page.

We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. This mean you pay to ship the product back to us and we do not refund the original postage paid on the order.

A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.
