Are replacement parts
available?
Yes! Drink in the Box is an
incredibly durable product (lasting up to 1500 washes!) But if yours has been
well-loved and is now in need of a makeover, our Drink in the Box replacement
kit features a replacement seal, valve and 5 internal straws. Mending rather
than replacing is better for your back pocket and the planet.
Will my Drink in the Box leak?
Designed for on-the-go
hydration, the Drink in the Box is leak and squirt proof when the lid is
closed. Even with the lid open, the valves in the straw prevent dribbles for
easy sipping. Be sure to close the lid properly – you’ll hear a click that
confirms it’s locked – and your Drink in the Box won’t leak. Also, make sure
the seal is mounted correctly and that the seal fins aren’t warped, cut or
twisted to keep it watertight.
How do I wash Drink in the Box?
Drink in the Box is designed
with rounded edges and smooth surfaces to make hand washing easy! If you’d
prefer to use the dishwasher, Drink in the Box is dishwasher safe on the top
level (up to 65°C). Once washed, we recommend disassembling the box to allow
the parts to dry completely.
Can I freeze my Drink in the
Box?
We don’t recommend freezing
Drink in the Box. The expanding liquid could damage the container. If you’re

How do I remove the top of my Drink in the Box?
Simply press the latch at the
back of the lid when it’s closed (not in the open position) and gently wiggle
it back and forth, while pulling up. The top of the Drink in the Box is
designed to fit tightly with the waterproof silicone seal so don’t panic if it
doesn’t come off easily.
How do I put the top back on?
With the silicone straw up, open
the cap and pinch the straw. While pinching, press the lid onto the base of
your Drink in the Box slowly until it clicks fully. Pinching the straw allows
any air pressure to exit the air hole and prevents liquid from exiting the
straw.
Returns
We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page.
We’re happy to refund or credit any full priced, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re returned in their original condition.
Items purchased using a promotional code or discount are not eligible for a refund. In some cases, we may approve a return for store credit.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free Promotions
Our “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offers are designed to give you great value when purchasing multiple items together, so the free item is only valid when the qualifying items are kept.
If you return any items from a qualifying order, the promotion no longer applies.
In simple terms:
- You can’t return the paid items and keep the free one
- If you keep the free item, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund
- If your return means the offer conditions are no longer met, the free item must also be returned
Any refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail value of the items you keep.
Final sale items cannot be returned. All other returns are assessed and approved at our discretion.
All postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging, tags and packaging removed or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.
We are currently shipping throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
We ship using Australia Post with flat rate freight within Australia and New Zealand. Freight to Asia is calculated based on the weight of the order. You can check freight costs by adding to cart and entering your address during checkout. Freight will be shown prior to committing to purchase.
