How do I clean Yumbox Presto?

Yumbox Presto is easy to clean, with no sneaky spots for water and food to gather. It should be hand washed with warm, soapy water (dishwashing not recommended). 

Can I replace the tray or latch? 

The Yumbox Presto comes with an inbuilt latch and tray which can’t be replaced. If you’re looking for a new latch or tray for another Yumbox, check out our replacement parts.

Does Yumbox Presto fit in a lunch bag?

Yes! Yumbox Presto is made to be lightweight and fits in a lunch bag for easy transportation. 

Can it fit a sandwich? 

Yes, only if it’s cut up and packed across two sections. If you’re looking for a Yumbox with bigger sections to fit a sandwich, salad or leftovers, try the Yumbox Panino or Tapas.

Returns

We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page. 

We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.

Absolutely love it

I have the original yumbox series and have used it for almost 5 years! Always wanted to try the stainless steel option as it’s a more sustainable option and will hopefully last even longer. They are easy to wash, clicks tight and can fit quite a lot of food!

Amazing peoduct

I love this bento box! i have used the plastic ones for 2 years now and the stainless steel is no much better. Easier to clean and the compartments are bigger. Its a little larger and it does not fit in all the generic insulated lunch bags but i bought the large one from Mini hippo and its excellent! Highly recommend.
