Terms and Conditions for Providing User-Generated Content (UGC) by Posting and Tagging Mini Hippo on Social Media

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before posting and tagging Mini Hippo on Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok ("Social Media") with your User-Generated Content (UGC). By posting and tagging Mini Hippo, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from posting and tagging Mini Hippo on Instagram.

1. Eligibility:
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC):
You retain ownership of all UGC you post and tag Mini Hippo on Social Media. However, by posting and tagging, you grant Mini Hippo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your UGC on Mini Hippo's social media accounts, website, marketing materials, and any other promotional channels.

3. Content Guidelines:
Your UGC must comply with the following guidelines:
- Must be original content, created by you.
- Must not contain offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content.
- Must not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
- Must not contain personal information or sensitive data.
- Must not misrepresent Mini Hippo or its products.
- Must not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Rights and Privacy:
By posting and tagging Mini Hippo, you agree that your Social Media username and UGC may be publicly visible and accessible to Mini Hippo and its followers on Instagram.

5. Termination of Use:
Mini Hippo reserves the right to remove or request the removal of any UGC, without notice, that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate in Mini Hippo's sole discretion.

6. Liability:
Mini Hippo is not responsible for any UGC posted by users and disclaims all liability arising from such content. You are solely responsible for your UGC and any consequences that may result from posting and tagging Mini Hippo on Instagram.

7. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold Mini Hippo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your UGC, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Changes to Terms:
Mini Hippo reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Please review these Terms periodically for any updates.

9. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Commonwealth of Australia.

By posting and tagging Mini Hippo on Social Media with your UGC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
