The Cheeki Tri-Tech Lid will fit all Active
Range and Classic Range bottles in sizes; 400ml, 500ml, 600ml, 750ml and 1L.

Are there replacement parts for Cheeki?

Yes we provide replacement
parts for Cheeki – these are the Tri-Tech Lid and Classic Silicone Shield Lid.

Where does Cheeki come from?

Cheeki is Australian designed and owned. Currently, Cheeki products are manufactured in China.

What is the Cheeki silicone shield?

The Cheeki silicone shield lid is patent-pending technology, designed so the liquid inside will
never come in touch with plastic. It’s also 100% leak-proof (so there’ll be no school bag spills!)

Returns

We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page. 

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.
