These MontiiCo Ice Packs are made with a wipe-clean nylon outer material. These are best sellers because of the durability and long lasting cooling ability. Up to 8 hours cooling for the large means the icepacks come home still frosty. All icepacks include a condensation-free outer layer.

How long do these Icepacks keep food cool for?

When paired with a lunchbag with high-quality insulated lining, this best selling icepack can stay cool for up to 8 hours.

How do I ensure it will stay cool?

Icepacks work best when used to keep cold food cool, rather than cool down room temperature food. Consider packing lunch the night before and storing in the fridge to extend the length of cooling the icepack will provide. Also pack the lunchbag full. Dead air inside a lunch bag will also reduce the cooling time.

Returns

We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page. 

We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. This mean you pay to ship the product back to us and we do not refund the original postage paid on the order.

A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.
