How do I clean this product?
This pencil case can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.   
Or its safe to machine wash on a gentle cycle. Close the zippers during washing and pop into a garment bag.
Do not bleach. 

We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. 

Final sale items may not be returned and all other returns will be approved at our discretion.

All postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging, tags and packaging removed or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

We ship using Australia Post with flat rate freight within Australia and New Zealand. Freight to Asia is calculated based on the weight of the order. You can check freight costs by adding to cart and entering your address during checkout. Freight will be shown prior to committing to purchase.
