How do I clean it?

Cleaning is easy your Thermo Bento Box can be hand washed or is dishwasher safe on the top shelf (up to 65°C)

Can I replace the divider or lid? 

Here’s the thing. We want your product to last as long as possible and across multiple kids. That’s why we have replacement parts. As Thermo Bento is brand new our replacement parts are not currently available but will arrive soon.

Is the divider leakproof between sections? 

No, the divider is removable to allow you to choose how many sections you need. The fixed sections are leakproof however the divider is not leakproof in the large section.

Does it fit in a lunch bag?

Yes. Most of the lunchboxes on our site fit this lunchbox. Check individual measurements on each product to be sure or send us a message and we can help you choose.

Returns

We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page. 

We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.

Great lunch boxes.

My grandkids love the lunchbox containers with the interesting pictures. The compartments allow for various foods to be packed together. Easy to replace old or damaged inserts rather than buying a whole new container.
