How do I clean it?

Cleaning is easy separate all parts and these can be hand washed or are dishwasher safe on the top shelf (up to 65°C)

Can I replace the straw or lid? 

Here’s the thing. We want your product to last as long as possible and across multiple kids. That’s why we have replacement parts. As these cups are brand new our replacement parts are not currently available but will arrive soon.

Can these go in the microwave? 

No. although this cup is soft on the outside the inside is stainless steel. It's not safe for the microwave. You put already warmed liquids in the cup, just make sure the temperature is just right before serving to your child.

Will this leak?

This product is not leakproof. The lid should stay on with small bumps and prevent a huge mess, but liquid can spill from the straw.

Returns

We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page. 

We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.
