How do I clean the Food Jar?

Our Food Jars are dishwasher safe up to 70°C, but for the best results, we recommend removing the silicone bumper and washing it separately to prevent water from getting trapped. Hand wash the lid and remove the seal to make sure no sneaky food bits are hiding underneath. Always store your jar completely dry, with the lid off.

How do I keep food hot (or cold) in the Food Jar?

To keep food hot, pre-warm your jar by filling it with boiling water and resting the lid on top (don’t screw it closed!) for 10 minutes. Then, empty the water, add your food (heated slightly hotter than needed), and seal it up tight. For cold foods, pre-chill the jar with ice water for 10 minutes before adding your goodies. Fill the jar as much as possible to help maintain the temperature.

How do I choose which size Food Jar I need?

Our Food Jars come in two sizes to suit every appetite. The Large Food Jar holds 400ml—roughly 9 chicken nuggets worth of food! It’s perfect for big eaters or heartier meals like pasta, curry, or soup. The Mini Food Jar holds 200ml, which fits about 5 chicken nuggets—ideal for smaller portions, snacks, or little kids’ meals.

Are the Food Jars easy for kids to use?

They sure are! The lid features a silicone band that’s easy for little hands to grip and twist open. Plus, the jars are tough enough for playground life and cute enough to make lunchtime extra fun.

Returns

We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page. 

We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. This mean you pay to ship the product back to us and we do not refund the original postage paid on the order.

A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.
