Are reusable pouches easy to clean?

So easy! The round edges mean there is nowhere for leftovers to hide. Open the bottom zip and rinse with warm water. A bottle brush is great to clean the inside. The prop open over the dish drainer prongs or a cup to dry

Best way to fill? 

Pop the lid on and stand the pouch upside down in a cup or container. Open the bottom zipper and use a table spoon to transfer food into the pouch.

Returns

We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page. 

We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.
