How do I clean Soft sip Pouch Tops?

Cleaning is easy. Its quick to rinse under running water and use a small brush like a straw cleaner to get into any nooks and crannies. The pouch dishwasher safe we like to pop it in the cutlery holder so it doesn't fall between the cracks.

Will this fit all pouches? 

Almost! We have tried the top on almost all commercially available reusable and disposable pouches in Australia. Just about all are made the same. If you have a particular brand you want us to double check let us know. We will send you some photos so you can be sure.

Will it make it hard for my child to suck?? 

The pouch top controls the flow of food and does slow down so they have to work a little harder for their food. It restricts the flow when squeezing and promotes the need to suck to get the food out. This is actually beneficial and a natural skill required for feeding.

How long can I store leftovers with the top on?

Commercially bought pouches have guides on storing leftovers. We recommend following individual pouch guidelines. The topper has a loop allowing you to pair it with an unopened pouch. This allows you to keep the top and pouch together without opening it, prolonging the shelf life of the pouch until your child is ready to eat.

We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page. 

We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.
