Are the lunch bags easy to clean?
Yes! MontiiCo lunch bags are machine washable—easy peasy. Just pop them in cold water on a gentle, longer cycle (they’re a bit delicate and don’t love fast spins). For best results, wash them solo. For daily freshness just wipe the inside with a damp cloth after use.
Returns
We’re happy to refund unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive them in their original conditions. For more information on returns, visit our support page.
We are happy to refund any unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. This mean you pay to ship the product back to us and we do not refund the original postage paid on the order.
A restocking fee of 6% of the order value is charged on refunds. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

Shipping
We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.
