We ship from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria via the regular Australia Post. Once an order is placed, it’ll be processed within 72 hours on business days, unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore.

Lunch bag

The quality of the bag itself is good. Strong and durable. Good size. Love that it comes with the slim ice pack.

The zipper teeth however came out of alignment on the right side and it doesn’t zip so we can only use the left side zipper.
