Latches are sent by letter post. Australia Post is currently overwhelmed with deliveries, your latch may take longer than usual to arrive. Please allow 4 weeks for your latch to arrive within Australia. Temporarily, freight of latches to NZ is $15 as we are only able to ship via parcel post, free shipping is not able to be offered for NZ orders at this time.
Replacement latches are available to purchase for Yumbox Original, Panino and Tapas styles with a manufacturing date after 04/14.
We do not accept returns on latches if the incorrect size is ordered. If you fail to use the below information to order the correct size latch we will not provide additional replacement parts free of charge. Please measure your Yumbox AND check the seal design against the corresponding images that appear when you select a size.
The manufacturing date can be found on the inside of the case, under the tray position. Please remove the tray to view.
